How long will it take to get my order? Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
What if my product is defective? If your product has a manufacturers' defect, you must call or send an e-mail to receive an RM#. We will not accept any returns without this # on the outside of the returned package! You must call within 3 days of receiving you package. A refund will be given after the package is returned to Bags of Fun!. The return package must be received by Bags of Fun! within 10 days of receiving your RM# in order to receive a refund.
What if my order is damaged during shipping? The U.S. Postal Service insures all of our deliveries. If your product is damaged during shipping, you must contact your local U.S. post office to file a damage report.
Can I get a refund? EVENING BAGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We want our customers to be happy with our products. We will give full refunds of the purchase price to customers who don't like what they ordered, with the exception of evening bags. Shipping charges can not be refunded. It is with good faith that we assume you didn't wear the item for that "special event". All tags must still be ATTACHED TO THE ITEM. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order (e-mail or phone). You must give your phone #, reason for dislike, your address & e-mail address. We will issue an RM#. You must write this # on the outside of the package you are returning. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The package must be received within 10 days of receiving your RM# in order to receive a refund.
